2. Use of Service

• Don't misuse the service or break the law.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for your account.
• Respect rate limits and fair use guidelines.

3. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or incidents may affect availability.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed per the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or covered in our refund policy.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the most recent month of service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with notice where reasonable.
